Deep in the heart of the wetlands, where cattails sway and secrets bubble beneath the surface, Marsh Juice was born. This refreshingly wild seltzer blends juicy kiwi, ripe strawberry, and a splash of cherry fruit punch into one luminous, tangy-sweet brew. Born in the bog. Bright in the glass.

Drifting between worlds of tradition and rebellion, this is a Lager that haunts the palate with elegance and depth. Brewed with fragrant jasmine rice for a clean, floral body, and hopped with Sorachi Ace to summon notes of lemon grass and citrus zest. This beer is both delicate and untamed. It lingers like a whisper from beyond - light on the tongue, unforgettable in presence.

Candy Cap Mushroom Butter Pecan Stout - ABV:9% - IBU:46

Silky and softly sweet, Under the Canopy is a decadent nitro stout inspired by forest-floor aromas and cozy dessert notes. Candy cap mushrooms bring a natural maple-like warmth, layered with butter pecan richness and smooth vanilla. Served on nitro for a cascading pour and creamy finish, this stout is lush, round, and quietly complex.

Pink Peppercorn Raspberry Belgian Wit - ABV:5% - IBU:15

Road Runner is our anything-goes, no-rules series – a running outlet for whatever weird, wild idea is bouncing around in our brew house at the moment. Every batch is completely new: different ingredients, different techniques, different inspirations. This series is meant to push the creative mind outside of what is the norm. Always moving and never in one place.  

Pier Pressure

West coast Ipa - ABV: 6.8% - IBU:45

Brewed to cut through the fog, Pier Pressure is a beacon of hop-forward clarity. This West Coast IPA crashes in with waves of resinous pine and citrus zest. Hopped with Nugget, Citra, Amarillo, and Michigan Copper. Expect a cripsbitterness and a clean malt backbone that lets the hop character shine. Notes – grapefruit, orange blossom, and a hint of stone fruit on the finish.

Downer Ave

Amber Ale - Abv: 5.5% - IBU: 32

Downer Ave is a nod to beginnings: to late nights learning to brew in a small studio, and to the journey that turned a hobby into a craft. This beer pays homage to the first-ever recipe we created. Built on a foundation of Maris Otter and Munich malt, it layers in toasty biscuit, subtle bread crust to create a rich depth of flavor. Best enjoyed on late-night walks, where every step feels like coming home

Soft Core

Pastry Sour - Abv: 10% - IBU: 12

Velvety, decadent, and unapologetically indulgent- Softcore is a pastry sour that blurs the line between dessert and debauchery. Jammy blueberry leads the charge, saturating the palate with ripe, juicy fruit before giving way to rich swirls of vanilla and silky cheesecake. Soft core is seductively smooth, but don’t let its softness fool you. This one goes hard.

Black Lotus

Black Lager - ABV:5% - IBU:25

This black lager pours jet-dark with a ruby edge, crowned by a creamy tan head. roasted malt and cocoa on the nose give way to a smooth, crisp body that finishes clean and dry. despite its shadowy appearance, Black Lotus drinks light and refreshing, with just enough roast to intrigue but never overpower.

Mai Ba Nah Nah

Fruited Wheat, ABV: 6% IBU:12

Brewed with Ooga Brewing, this fruited wheat brings tiki vibes to the glass. Pineapple and banana lead the charge while almond and toasted coconut add a Mai Tai-inspired finish that’s smooth, tropical, and dangerously drinkable!

Milk Stout - ABV:7.5% - IBU: 20

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Nunatak Coffee, this milk stout highlights the vibrant fruit character of African light-roast coffee beans. Their natural berry and citrus notes intertwine seamlessly with ripe blackberry, while vanilla and cake batter add a creamy, dessert-like richness. Balanced by lactose and smooth roasted malts, this milk stout is a decadent coffee dessert!  

Flora Flux

Triple IPA - ABV:10% - IBU:100

A changing portrait of hops, this series is led by Citra, Mosaic, Superdelic, and paired with a crisp malty backbone. Flora will take you through a glowing mix of citrus zest, ripe fruit, and sweet-tart aromatics. This evolution will be lush, bright, and always evolving.  

metamorphosis 3.0

sherbet Ice cream sour - abv: 5% - ibu: 32

From cocoon to glass, Metamorphosis continues its transformation. This vibrant sour ale is inspired by the nostalgic swirl of sherbet ice cream, bursting with bright raspberry, zesty orange, and tangy key lime. Creamy milk sugar softens the acidity, while smooth vanilla ties everything together. 

Maibock

Helles Bock Style Lager - ABV: 7.5% - IBU: 22

A smooth, golden-amber spring bock brewed for long days and cool Wisconsin nights. Soft malt sweetness leads with fresh bread and light honey, followed by a clean, crisp finish and just enough hop bitterness to keep it snappy. 

Tripping Up Steps

Altbier - ABV: 4.5% - IBU: 25

Tripping Up Steps is a collab beer between G5 Brewing and Hoya Hop House Brewing. Rooted in tradition with a slight misstep in the best way. We pushed the malt profile toward a deeper, nuttier character, bringing out layers of toasted bread, light caramel, and a smooth, balanced finish.
